Women are more likely to report physical and emotional symptoms of stress than men; such as a headache, feeling like they could cry, and upset stomach or indigestion.
With Mother’s Day approaching, it’s a good time for families to address mom’s stress and manage it in healthy ways.
“How a mother manages stress is often a model for the rest of the family,” says APA psychologist Lynn Bufka, PhD. “Other family members will imitate her unhealthy behavior.”
We are happy with the results all of our client’s experience – but seeing moms feel happier and more energetic is especially exciting! Float therapy and massage have been great for stress reduction and hormone replacement therapy is really important in managing a woman’s changing hormone and energy levels.
Wishing you peace, and all the best in health and wellness;
