When Your Labs Are "Normal" but You Still Feel Off
Fatigue, brain fog, weight that won’t budge, feeling cold all the time β your thyroid may be the reason. Dr. Hall looks deeper than a standard TSH test and treats the whole picture.
WHAT IT IS
Thyroid Care That Listens to You
Your thyroid sets the pace for your whole body β energy, metabolism, mood, even body temperature. When it slows down, everything else does too. At Quantum Health, we focus on individualized thyroid care, not a one-size-fits-all prescription.
Normal thyroid function tests don’t always rule out clinical hypothyroidism. Rather than treating a single number, we think in terms of how you actually feel β because the optimal level is different for every patient.

QUESTIONS
Thyroid Health FAQ
My thyroid labs came back normal. Why do I still feel awful?
Normal thyroid function tests don’t rule out clinical hypothyroidism. ‘Normal’ ranges are broad, and the right level is different for each person. We look at your full panel β including Free T3, Reverse T3 and antibodies β alongside your symptoms.
What tests do you run?
A complete panel: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and Anti-TPO antibodies. Reverse T3 and antibody testing are often skipped elsewhere, but they tell us a great deal about how your thyroid is really functioning.
Do you prescribe natural thyroid medication?
Yes. We prescribe natural desiccated options like Armour and NP Thyroid, and tailor the choice and dose to you rather than a fixed protocol.
Can you help with Hashimoto's or autoimmune thyroid disease?
We can. Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is available for autoimmune thyroid conditions, including Hashimoto’s, and many patients respond well.
